The festival kicks off at 12pm on Thursday, July 18th, and continues through until 2am on Tuesday, July 23rd.

Yes, you can re-enter the festival during ‘festival hours’, as long as you have your wristband on.
You can enter the site after ‘festival hours’ if you have an accommodation wristband.
While the festival promises ample entertainment, those seeking a deeper cultural experience of Tisno can explore the picture-perfect, friendly town of Tisno which is within walking distance from the festival site.
There are evening markets and rustic restaurants serving freshly caught fish and olive oil fresh from the local groves.
Tisno is set in a gently hilly area overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea and over to the remote islands of the National Park.
Terminal V Croatia is a cashless festival, which means you will need to top up your festival wristbands at one of the top up points on site.
There are 6 top up points across the festival site, including on the boat parties and Barbarellas.
There is an ATM machine on the festival site, which can be found in the main reception of the apartments.
Please note that the full event is cashless. You will need to top up your festival wristbands to be able to purchase anything on site.
No you can not, however there are plenty bars selling a variety of beverages and places serving food.
You will have access to all 5 days + nights of the festival, which will feature over 80 DJs across 3 open air stages.
Boat Party and After Party tickets will need to be purchased separately.
Upon confirming your purchase, a confirmation email containing all your booking details will be sent to you. You can also access your confirmation via your account at any point on www.terminalvcroatia.com/bookings
Your PDF ticket will be emailed to you 14 days prior to the event. Please be aware that if you bought a Payment Plan Festival Tickets and/or Payment Plan Accommodation, downloading these tickets will only be possible once the full payment is made.
Ensure you have your ticket either printed or downloaded on your phone. Present your ticket along with a valid Photo ID at the venue's Box Office onsite at The Garden Resort to receive your wristband.
No, you will need to enter the names and emails of everyone within your group.
Yes, we actually encourage you to show your ticket on your phone! Please ensure you have downloaded the ticket onto your phone so that the barcode can be scanned.
All festival attendees must personally collect their tickets with photo ID. Ensure accurate details for each attendee in bookings with multiple people. To change names, log in to your account and follow the provided instructions.
You will be asked to show your photo ID when collecting wristbands at the venue Box Office to prove that the name on the ticket matches the name on your ID.

The official Terminal V hotel is located a short 12 minute taxi journey from the festival site & the shuttle bus from Barbarella's will take you straight home at the end of the night.
There will be Terminal V DJs on the hotel's terrace each afternoon to warm you up for the festival at The Garden.
The Hotel has a mix of double and twin rooms available for 2 people, while there are beach cabins for groups of 2-5 people.
Yes, we have space for 450 people on The Garden Resort. with a range of options available.

When you use the payment plan option, the initial instalment is due at time of booking and followed by monthly payments until the total cost has been paid off.
Please ensure that your payments are made as per terms of your payment plan. Failure to do so could risk the cancellation of the booking, with potential loss of funds already paid for the ticket(s).
No, the payment plan is fixed and the schedule must be agreed at the time of booking in order to proceed.

If you have booked a payment plan and we have your card saved, you can update your payment details by logging into https://www.terminalvcroatia.com/bookings
It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment card details remain valid and up to date. If you need to change your payment card details you must do this before payment of the next installment becomes due.
If a payment plan has been set up, we will automatically take the installment on each payment date on the plan.
If we are unable to charge your card, due to your card being expired, insufficient funds or it has been declined by the bank, don’t panic. We’ll attempt to take the payment again in seven days, giving you time to fix the issue or update your payment method.
Please be aware, if the same payment fails 3 times, then your booking is at risk of being cancelled.

No, you will need to purchase tickets to the festival in order to attend the boat parties.
Please ensure you bring a copy of your ticket either printed or on your phone as they will need to be scanned for entry. Tickets will also be sent via email 7 days before the event. However, you can log into your Easol account and download your ticket at any time.
Boats depart from the Pontoon down by The Garden Resort’s beachfront.
Please make sure to arrive 30 minutes before the boat's start time to ensure you get on.
The time of departure will be stated on your ticket.
Please arrive at the pontoon at least 30 minutes before the departure time, as the boats stick to a tight schedule and always depart on time. Failure to to do so, may result in you missing the boat.
The nearest airports to Tisno are Zadar (45 mins), Split (1.5 hours) or Zagreb (3 hours).

Croatia has a great bus service, which connects all cities with a regular service. You are able to purchase the bus tickets, but should receive a receipt.
