TOP THINGS TO DO IN TISNO

Terminal V Croatia makes its debut at The Garden Resort, Tisno this July - however  there is more to Tisno than just the party side of things.

Tisno is a small charming coastal town nestled along the picturesque Adriatic coastline of Croatia. Known for its stunning beaches, rich cultural heritage, and vibrant atmosphere, Tisno offers a diverse range of experiences that capture the essence of Croatian coastal living.

We’ve put together a list of the top things to do when you’re taking a break from the festival

1. Enjoy a walk/cycle down the Coastal Path to Jezera

The coastal path ‘Deptak Jezera-Tisno’ is a must visit and begins at the southern end of the village near the old town of Tisno and stretches about 2km to the neighbouring village of Jezera. You can either do this on foot or rent a bike, but you will be guaranteed to enjoy amazing views of the sea on your journey, with lots of spots to go swimming or relax along the way.

2. Discover the natural wonder of Krka National Park

Located about 30-40 minutes away from Tisno, you will find Krka National Park. Renowned for its stunning waterfalls, crystal-clear lakes, and lush greenery, Krka offers visitors a glimpse into the untouched magic of the Croatian landscape. The main attraction of the park is its magnificent waterfalls,

but as you wander through the park, you’ll encounter a series of breathtaking sights at every turn.

3. Explore the Adriatic Coast by boat

Renting a boat in Tisno is easier than you might think. With several rental companies located along the waterfront, you'll have plenty of options to choose from and there's something for every taste and budget. Once you've secured your boat, the possibilities are endless. Cruise along the coastline, taking in the breathtaking views of Tisno and the surrounding islands. Stop off at secluded coves and hidden beaches, where you can swim, snorkel, or simply soak up the sun in peace.

4. Uncover The Old Town of Tisno

Tucked up on the island side, Tisno boasts centuries of history with significant buildings and interesting churches. Visit the Church of St. Spirit Sv. Duh, dating back to 1548, with its steeple dominating the skyline. Wander through streets lined with well-preserved town palaces from the 18th century, each exuding its own unique charm. Take a leisurely stroll and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of old town Tisno, where history comes alive around every corner.
